Ebb & Flow — with Kenia
An intentional evening practice to restore rhythm and reconnect you to your breath. Through slow, grounded movement and moments of still reflection, we explore the natural waves of effort and ease. This is a space to release, to return, and to move as you are — surrounded by community, guided by presence.
