Ebb & Flow — with Kenia
Ebb & Flow — with Kenia
An intentional evening practice to restore rhythm and reconnect you to your breath. Through slow, grounded movement and moments of still reflection, we explore the natural waves of effort and ease. This is a space to release, to return, and to move as you are — surrounded by community, guided by presence.
Instructor Bio (Kenia Stubblefield)
Kenia Stubblefield is a Houston-based yoga instructor and founder of Ayre Collective, a lifestyle and wellness brand devoted to intentional movement and mindful living.
Her approach to teaching is rooted in presence and compassion — a gentle invitation to slow down and listen inward.
Through slow, intuitive flows guided by breath, Kenia creates spaces where students feel seen, grounded, and whole.
Her classes aren’t just movement — they’re medicine, designed to remind the body what it already knows: how to breathe, how to release, and how to return home to itself.
Class Description
A 45-minute practice of rhythm and return.
This class moves like breath — slow, fluid, and grounded.
Each sequence invites you to soften into presence and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.
Come as you are. Move like water. Leave a little more like yourself.
