Aurum Son is a Houston-based, genre-defying ensemble blending jazz, global music traditions, and experimental sound through improvisation and evolving composition. Their work moves fluidly between structure and spontaneity-layering rhythm, tone, and texture into a sound that is both expansive and deeply attuned.
Rooted in exploration and transformation, the performance invites a different kind of listening
